We enjoyed our three day stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The size of the bedrooms and facilities provided were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was well located and had access to the underground rail system within walking distance. Although the room we had had no windows, the flexibility of the lighting meant that it wasn't missed too much.

In terms of the hot food, the breakfast could have one or two more hot options suitable for a western palate - cold items were fine. The signal quality on the TV was poor which reduced the value of having a large screen TV. Inability to know what the weather outside was like so that you could dress appropriately was a bit of a nuisance - they should consider a live-stream camera and weather forecast to the TVs in rooms with no windows. But these were only minor issues.

Great customer service, very large rooms, worth the price

Initially was going to stay in Taipei for 4 nights but added 3 additional nights. First room I got (on 5th floor) looked a bit worn out (little scuffs on the wall, overused furniture). Despite this small issue, the room was clean and huge. Definitely worth the money. We later on had to switch to a different room since the previous room was booked for the next few days. Got upgraded to a room on the 7th floor which had a completely different look. Again, the room was huge and clean but the decor in the restroom couldve used some revamping. Overall, what won me over was the great customer service. Everyone I met was very kind, patient, and professional. Despite my broken chinese, they were able to help me out with some traveling questions. I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Room was much more bigger than average hotel room as well as bathroom which was furnished with jacuzzi. Very close to metro station, bus stop and shopping gallery. They offer nice selection of tasty local food.

Far from satisfying.

Rooms,with the exeption of 3 on the whole hotel, have no window. Rooms are very spacious but have no daylight. You feel like living in a cave. Breakfast: 1 out of 2 the food was gone and wasn't added after waiting 45 minutes.

Amazing room with lot of equipment, but noisy

Executive suite really amazing. Huge rooms, lot of equipment, good service

The room is noisy even when all equipemnt are shut down (lights, air-conditionning). Even with the key removed (no more power) there is a humming noise.

Unclean room and breakfast table

- Fast free WiFi without password. - Free minibar items (snacks and non-alcoholic beverages)

- Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Then I found two packs of cigarettes and a lighter hidden in a chest drawer while I was searching for the hair dryer. Not sure if this was left there by the previous guest or if this was the secret smoking room of the personnel. After all, it was a room with a number 13 in it, which is a room they won't sell to many local customers I am sure. From the little defects like jammed shower buttons, I could tell this room wasn't used very often. Anyways, the cigarettes and the stench should have been picked up by the housekeeping and removed before new guests arrived. - Breakfast was disappointingly simple for Taiwanese standards. I guess I got what I paid for.
